The CUT-2012A type 12 channels automatic tube bars eddy current ultrasonic testing system depends on PLC programmable controller to collect、calculate and control the signal of speed coder、photoelectric、 eddy current ultrasonic flaw detection,realizing every kind of automatic control of tube bar offline、variable speed ultrasonic flaw process.

This system adopts DC speed control technique and power module control technique to realize transfer roller table stepless variable speed control，it can avoid high frequency random disturbance signal produced by normal alternating current converter ,make on site results more stable reliable。     

This system is equipped with various parameter settings、adjustment 、preserve and usage needed by ultrasonic automatic flaw detection , possessing traits such as on site parameter adjustment  simple ,high efficiency flaw detection 。

This system satisfies requirements of automatically marking inside and outside wall defect in variable speed detection process。
