Warranty Service: Should your instrument experience a fault due to a quality issue during the warranty period under normal use, please contact our service team. We promise to have a certified technician on-site to address the issue within 48 hours of receiving your call.
Lifetime Product Support
Our support for you extends far beyond the initial warranty period.
Post-Warranty Maintenance: If your instrument requires maintenance after the warranty has expired, we will provide the necessary service and only charge for the cost of parts and associated labor.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized disassembly, or modifications.
Damage caused by external events beyond our control, such as fires, earthquakes, floods, or abnormal electrical voltage.
Damage resulting from user negligence or other preventable external causes.
Consumable Components: Please be aware that consumable parts, such as probes, are subject to normal wear and require periodic replacement. The cost for replacing these items is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Card: Your warranty card is the official proof required to receive complimentary warranty services. Please take a moment to fill it out completely and store it in a safe place, as lost cards unfortunately cannot be reissued.
