When the workpiece to be measured passing through the probes uniform distributed in magnetic field, which will create a changing magnetic field, the changing magnetic field will generate corresponding magnetizing current in coil then transmitted to the instrument through the wire, after analyzed by instrument center circuit, compared the quality condition of workpiece to be measured, the result will be shown on display screen, at the same time,the hardness qualified signals of workpiece to be measured, exceeding the maximum limit range of hardness, and lower the minimum range of hardness signals will be transmitted to automatic separating mechanism, therefore the automatic separation of workpiece is realized.

1. Used for nondestructive on-line automatic separating of qualified and unqualified bearing hardness after heat treatment. Qualified hardness of bearing will be transmitted by the conveyor belt to next station, and unqualified hardness of bearing will be automatically removed by the separation barrier gate.

There is status display light of bearing hardness on electrical control box panel of separator, bearing hardness is qualified and green light will light on, bearing hardness is unqualified, then the red light will light on (exceed upper limit or below the lower limit), when bearing hardness unqualified,it will send out sound and light alarm.

Separating machine has features of jam alarm (installed at stocker, feed opening), frequency converter fault alarm, alarm for stocker door not withdrawn in time, automatic stop after fault alarm, and automatic startup after troubleshooting. The corresponding fault at the same time will be displayed on the display screen.
7.Master instrument of separator can store upper limit and lower limit of flux value of 10 kinds of different specifications and dimensions of bearing, and No. 1, 2, 3, 4, ┉ 10 respectively represent different size of bearing to be measured, convenient for user to direct call.
