SGF-1B type instrument adopts imported electronic components, in order to improve the reliability, signal processing circuit fully adopts small and medium-sized analog and digital integrated circuit. It adopts a piece of circuit board to reduce internal wiring, shorten the signal transmission path to decline interference, alarm output plugholeset at the rear panel of the machine, this interface provides the convenience for connecting automatic detection line, with functions of AC/DC, this machine has multi-purpose, applicable for steel mixture separation, error separation of heat treatment hardness, and apply for mixture separation and burnt quality nondestructive testing of the steel heat treatment state before and after processing, and the crack detection under certain conditions.
