Good probe design and suitable probe structure can strengthendefect signal that is not easy to be detected originally. Eddy external penetrate probe
Defect inspection of power plant boiler pipe, gas pipe, condenser pipe before service providing. Online or offline eddy current flaw detection of mechanical manufacturing seamless pipe, welded pipe, bar and wire. Material sorting, carburized depth and heat treatment state evaluation, hard disk measurement.
Eddy current interpolating probe
Crack, corrosion detection and measurement of thinning of heat exchangerssuch as thermal power plant condenser, evaporator, high/low pressure heater and petroleum, chemical industry equipment before service providing.
Eddy current point probe
Fatigue, crack inspection ofturbine blade, aircraft engine blade, crack detection of bolt hole wall, multilayer structure corrosion crack scan, weld quality inspection and material identification, coating thickness measurement.
Eddy current far field probe
Solving the detection problem of equipment in service by ferromagnetic steel tube with interpolation probe. Typical application: corrosion defects of steel pipe of a highpressure heater in service of thermal power plant, pipeline corrosion inspection of petrochemical refinery heat exchanger, flaw detection of chemical fertilizer plants of urine high voltage dual phase steel tube nest, oil delivery pipeline corrosion inspection.
Eddy current saddle type probe
Online and offline eddy current flaw detection of ratio-frequency welded tube. Eddy current inspection of various metal pipe in power station and petrifaction and corrosion thinning thickness measurement.
Eddy current weld detection probe
Specially designed weld crack detection probe, which can adapt to different tested applications, such as the "T" type structural component, fillet welding lines, or inner hole wall. Scanning probe is more suitable for large area rapid scanning.
Eddy current, low frequency probe
Steel pipe wall corrosion, crack defect detection, etc. Typical applications: power plant boiler water wall tube, superheater tube, reheating pipe and petrochemical industrial pipeline repair
Special eddy current probe
For some special test items, it needs to make special shape of phase detection probes to match, or optimizing design to improve the detector sensitivity, reduce interference, and improve testing efficiency.
